We assess whether the population can be reached, how the sample should be structured and what field approach is most appropriate. We then come back to you with a realistic scope, methodology and timeline.
We configure and deploy
Once the approach is agreed, we configure the study, test the collection process and prepare the appropriate respondents or contributors. We work with you to make sure the questions, evidence requirements and field instructions are clear before deployment.
Submission quality assurance
As responses come in, we apply the agreed quality checks. Depending on the study, these can include validation rules, location and timestamp checks, media review, consistency checks and human quality assurance.
We manage contributors & payments
Where Goloka contributors are used, we coordinate their participation and manage payments for approved work. Your team does not need to administer a distributed contributor network.

A large dataset is not useful if you cannot trust the observations behind it. Before deployment, we agree the quality standard with you and build the necessary checks into the campaign.
